• Service or plan chosen (coworking, private office, meeting room, content studio, etc.)

Billing data (only if you request a tax invoice)

• Company name or legal name
• RFC (Mexican tax ID)
• Tax address
• CFDI use and tax regime

Technical data (collected automatically)

Payment data: For card or electronic payments, banking details (card number, CVV, etc.) are processed directly by our certified providers (MercadoPago, Bitso) and are not stored on our servers. We only record the transaction ID and payment status.

3. Purposes of processing

• Process your bookings and service requests
• Confirm and follow up on your booking by email and/or WhatsApp
• Process payments through our authorized providers
• Issue tax invoices when you request them
• Answer inquiries, questions or complaints
• Comply with applicable tax and legal obligations
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful activities

Secondary purposes (not necessary for the service)

If you give us your consent, we may also use your data to:

• Send you promotions, offers and news about our services
• Invite you to events, workshops or special sessions
• Ask for your feedback on our services
• Conduct satisfaction surveys

4. Transfers of data to third parties

Work Center Álamo may transfer your personal data to the following entities, exclusively for the purposes mentioned:

• MercadoPago México (Mercadolibre, S. de R.L. de C.V.) — To process card, SPEI, OXXO and other electronic payments.
• Bitso (Bitso, S.A.P.I. de C.V.) — To process cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin).
• Banco Mercantil del Norte (Banorte) — To receive SPEI bank transfers.
• Google (Google LLC) — For map services (Google Maps Embed) and review verification (Google Places API). The reviews shown on our site are public and come from your Google profile.
• Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.) — As the hosting provider that stores our database.
• Meta Platforms Inc. — If you contact us via WhatsApp Business.
• Tax and judicial authorities — When there is a well-founded legal requirement.

These transfers are necessary to provide the service and, under article 37 of the LFPDPPP, do not require your consent. However, we inform you of them for your knowledge.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. ARCO rights and how to exercise them

At any time you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify your data when it is inaccurate or incomplete
• Cancel your data when you consider it is no longer needed
• Object to the use of your data for specific purposes

Procedure to exercise your ARCO rights

1. Send an email to soporte@workcenteralamo.com with the subject: "ARCO Request".
2. Include in your message: full name, a simple copy of official ID (INE, passport or professional license), a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise, and anything that helps locate your data.
3. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days, in accordance with article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
4. If the request is granted, it will take effect within the 15 business days following the response.

Exercising these rights is free of charge. You will only need to cover justified shipping or reproduction costs, if applicable.

6. Withdrawal of consent

You have the right to withdraw the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, please note that in some cases we may not be able to fulfill your request immediately due to legal obligations or because processing must continue while a relationship between us remains in place.

To withdraw your consent, follow the same procedure described in section 5 (ARCO rights).

7. Limiting the use or disclosure of your data

If you want to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data (for example, to stop receiving promotions), you can:

• Click "Unsubscribe" in any promotional email you receive.
• Register in PROFECO's Public Consumer Registry (REPEP).

• MercadoPago: during checkout, MercadoPago loads its cookies to process your transaction.

Our server automatically records your IP address, browser and pages visited for security and technical analysis purposes. This data is kept for a maximum of 90 days.
